Ozark, I hope you have since learned the truth about what happened in Raleigh? Your post about the "racist RAC" was far from accurate

What is ATF's Responsibilty if they find that another agency or an AUSA's Office provided ATF management with a false document and that document was proven false against an ATF agent. What is ATF's responsibilty? OPR Justice policy states that that agency is required to report the suspected false information to either their agencies OPR or OIG for follow-up. Is this correct?

If ATF management finds that another agency or AUSA has submitted or given ATF a false document and that document is found to be false by ATF management I beleive that OPR or OIG policy states that that agency must report their findings to their office of professional responsibilty if mot OIG? Is that correct

Freedom of information. Question can ATF disclosure Branch deny an agent his /her own records to include any IA investigations etc because of an exemption, which I recently received from the ATF disclosure brach under Title 5, u.s.c. 552 9b)(7)(A) and (k)(2) which basically states that if ATF were to give me my own records it could 'RESONABLY be expected to intefere with an ongoing proceeding.

We should never wish anyone ill. However, after working with Ronnie Carter, I can only say he probably brought it on himself. Gotta love that $60,000 car he was driving around in a few years back....jeez, ATF is really an embarrasment to the American people. Clean house, start over is the only solution...

The failure of the “Fast and Furious” operation will haunt the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms for several years. The Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms will need to reply for supplying Mexico's cartels with guns. I read this here: <a title="ATF embarrassed by Fast and Furious operation" href="http://www.newsytype.com/9367-atf-fast-and-furious/">Congress g...
