Madea, I just read this. I would like to know more. In the past, I've submitted several formal complaints. I don't know how to contact you or how this process works. Please let me know more about OCC. thank you.

ATTENTION......ACHTUNG........

Another day, another gestapo tactic discovered at ATF. If you have had a disciplinary action taken against you by management (not the PRB), contact Madea and she will tell you what nasty little trick our friends at the OCC and their management thugs are pulling now.

Honestly Tom, would you please tell whoever is running this mess that you all refer to as an agency, to get their goons under control.

Just a little message for all of you - it is so much fun to get under the skin of Valerie Bacon. She comes out rough and tough and as soon as you make an idiot out of her "client" she starts telling the "client" DO NOT ANSWER. Depositions can be so much fun with this "attorney". So easy to get her rattled. And why? She does not read the investigation. She's totally unprepared. Now I have one of her "clients" set up real good and when this "client" loses his job because of her, maybe there will be a shift regarding settling. Enjoy this attorney - she's easy to rattle.

If you have evidence that a manager lied, that is a termination offense. If counsel knew and concealed or defended it, send the information to CUATF webmaster As a reminder, if the agency agrees to settle, make them draft it right then and there. They are not ethical or honorable. No deal if the ATF lawyer in front of you puts it in writing.

Does that include telling TWO ATF lawyers that the manager they're defending perjured himself either during the EEO investigation or on the interrogatory? May sound like a dumb question, but it seems that perjury is acceptable by government officials. Also, after they finished deposing me, they offered an out of court settlement, then renenged. Are you including that too?

I am in! Tell me where to sign the bar complaint and how! I have rock solid evidence that ATF's Attorneys have conducted illegal and unethical law practices against me and others and I would like to be included in the complaint. These tactics are long standing and lets not forget that Ken Melson is a lawyer and has stated publicly that he knows what is going on at ATF. He is culpable. If he holds a bar number his should be included in the complaint.

The abuses of Chief Counsel are well known and there is plenty of anecdotal information out there and that Mr. Melson chooses to ignore completely. Is there some type of ethic committee for attorneys? The ATF attorneys are low-life! There are very few that are not.

My case was delayed 6 times(must have been an epidemic) just for illness reasons. One day I called the desk of the ATF attorney who requested a continuance due to illness and he answered the phone. The instances of discovery abuse in my case are heinous. Equally disturbing was the blatant coaching DURING depositions After VIRTUALLY every break, the managers would go on the record asking to clarify or amend their answers to the previous question just before the break. When asked by my attorney, "when did you become aware of this information"? The answer was the same for each,"From ATF counsel at the break". ATF counsel agreed to settlement in my case after the gross mismanagement and retaliatory animus of the managers was clear. BUT, then 2 weeks later completely rescinded the settlement. Although this may not be illegal, it clearly shows their lack of honor and integrity and shows they have no respect for the "Spirit" of the law.

ATF Chief Counsels Office has been allowed to use unethical practices and illegal means to defend corrupt Managers. We have identified where each member of the so called ETHICS Division are members of the BAR. We are collecting verifiable instances of abuse by ATF attorneys. We ask that you direct any instances of abuse or judicial misconduct to the CUATF webmaster. Focus ONLY on actions which are contrary to law or policy and actions which you can articulate/prove through witnesses and/or documentation. We are specifically looking for instances where discovery abuse exists, falsification of documents, coaching management witnesses or intimidating complainants or witnesses. We also will want to illuminate their concealing known perjury and failure to report such acts to the OIG or Director. PLEASE forward any documents, declarations or transcripts. Make SURE there is no protective order in place or it is privacy act protected. Indicate whether or not you are willing to sign the Master BAR complaint or prefer to remain anonymous due to Counsels history of reprisal. It is our belief that one large representation of widespread misconduct will be more compelling and a better chance of getting the corrupt lawyers in ATF disbarred. Clearly Mr. Melson does not have the fortitude to fire ANY senior manager or attorney.
