Excellent post Patriot. Allow me to explain to you what the trickle down effect really is at ATF. The trickle down effect is when managers like Ford, Crenshaw, Brandon, Horace, Trevor, Gleysteen, etc. piss on the hard work of their employees by voting themselves lavish rewards for the grueling 3 hours they put in avoiding anything that might disrupt their happy little routines. They are trickling on all of you. And while I cannot answer your question about where they go, I can tell you when they return it will be with full bladders.

Something I have been observing and at the same time curious about. There seems to be a trickle down effect of what is occurring in Headquarters, to the Divisions. No one in management will make a decision. In my Division the SAC and ASAC's are working a grueling 3 hour day before vanishing from sight. Apparently they believe that by being out of the office, no one will ask a difficult question and expect and answer. In spite of that, the real work is still getting done, so that shows you how critical those postitions are. The admin staff is running the Division, showing up for work and earning their paycheck. I am just wondering if this is unique or occurring elsewhere. Where do those guys go everyday????
