Those are rather serious allegations (especially #1). What is your evidence?

  • Divisions and offices are now rated by the number of adverse action the Investigators issue, and especially by revocations conducted
  • West coast offices enter all firearms in inventory into spread sheets which are then loaded into the ATF computer system...........is this keeping an illegal firearms record???????????

I have heard a lot of scuttlebutt about the ATF shutting down gun dealers for very minor Infractions. Is this an attempt to reduce the availability of dealers thinking it will reduce the number of guns in the hands of honest citizens, or a trully honest atempt to keep the records clean? Judging the latest information or perhaps the better term would be the lack of information from the Attourney General, it just doesn't seem fair to penalize the honest business person for an un-crossed "T" or an un-dotted "I" when there is so much blatent corruption within the ranks of the enforcement branches. Seems like a double standard to me and a lot of other people.
