Due process ONLY comes in to play when a MANAGER needs it to apply. They haven't learned that you can't FAKE integrity.

I'm glad to see that SOME of the "mismanagement" is finally coming to the forefront. Unfortunately there is plenty still operating within this organization.

Due to the lies of another agent, I am now among those of you seeking justice against the agency that we loved and sweated for during the majority of our adult lives. What ever happened to "due process"? Any recommendations where I can start?

To be clear. Yes ATF management is publicly being clowned. BUT, make no mistake, this has NOTHING to do with me, and is predicated solely on their Gross mismanagement, corrupt practices and self generated abuses. My dispute as with MOST, could have and should have been resolved with a handshake. But for arrogant managers and the retaliatory mindset of Ms. Loos and the entire ATF Ethics and Admin section of our Chief counsels Office, most of our internal issues that have risen to litigation, would not have. Mr. Jones, Mr. Brandon and the ENTIRE field and now CONGRESS know this. CCO Misconduct was ONE of the biggest priorities of the first Field Agent Advisory Panel. THATS, why Ms. Loos was re-assigned out of Ethics and Admin. BUT in someones infinite wisdom, they chose to take one step forward and three steps back. There is NO method to their madness. JUST MADNESS. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE SUPPORT FOLKS SEMPER FI.
