Eighteen Eleven please do not feel u will be looked at as a racist for stating a FACT!

There are African-Americans, along with other races, who actually feel offended that the Agency will create such groups to cause more division.

Inclusiveness comes from within, so for the Agency to make a group for some and not all only adds to the racial divide. And these words were spoken from an African-American who was genuinely discriminated against.

This situation is exactly like our current state of law, all rules but no enforcement.

The agency would rather create a class or a team for the problem versus punishing individuals who breaks the rules, no matter the color of their skin nor the position they hold.
The agency missed their teaching moment a long time ago.

All I see is seven employees with a reason not to do what they were hired to do. Our tax dollars at work.

How about a category of Military. Lord knows these knuckleheads do not understand the rights associated with military service and discrimination (both subtle and overt) continues even after being at war for 11 years.

Go ahead and call me a "racist, bigot, homophobe", but...I'm wondering...just how "diverse and inclusive " is an organization that blatantly disincludes more than 70% of its employees (in other words, people whose skins are not black, brown, yellow or red, or who do not happen to prefer sleeping with people of their own sex)?
