I am helping out a close friend and need to get my hands on the following information. If anyone can help me by providing me copies or pointing me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. I am specifically looking for the following;
1. BATFE Policy, Procedures or Directive governing the seizure of property and specifically the completion of Evidence Logs.
2. DOJ or BATFE Policy, Procedures or Directives governing the issuance of Cease and Desist Letters prior to criminal prosecution for Dealing in Firearms without a license.
3. BATFE Policy, Procedure or Directives governing Reports of Investigation, specifically the timeliness in which they are to be completed.
