Just to elaborate on the Uncontitutional Settlement agreements.

If your Settlement agreement is silencing you from speak up for someone who's experiencing the same harassment or retaliation that you have, from the same chain of command or individual, your agreement is Uncontitutional.
These agreements are silencing individuals from due process, due process which is promised by our Constitution.

If your settlement agreement is written to silence you about a whistleblower claim or complaint, it is Unconstitutional.
These are the words from currently, 3 Attorneys and so far, 2 Senators.
Due to settlement agreements pushed during Benghazi, settlement agreements are the latest topic of discussion concerning Constitutional rights of federal employees.

If you received a settlement offer from ATF in the past 3 years, it's highly recommended you send a copy to your state republican Senator.
If your state republican Senator is in bed with the Attorney General, send them to the House Judiciary Committee.
Whether you agreed to the settlement or not, the drafted settlement offers are Unconstitutional.
