Google search NELA (National Employment lawyers assoc). Look in your area and it will tell you who can practice in Federal court and has exp. in admin. court matters. If you post a city or a state, one of our members may know a good atty in your area.

I would need an attorney for Chicago, Illinois. Civil suit to be filed in the Northern Judicial District of Illinos.
