Do I hope so!  When I went to OSC to file a complaint against a WonderBoy in my Division, OSC said to me that I couldn't be retaliated against for being a whistleblower because ATF took no action against WonderBoy.  If the Republicans want my name, they got it.

Is there any truth to the Republican rumor mill, concerning certain Republicans wanting a total accounting of all ATF whistleblowers and info?

This will be rich. I'm taking bets that B. Todd and crew will send me completely redacted pages of how they've spent HUGE money to retaliate against me. Transparency? Ive filed the attached FOIA and they've acknowledge receipt. They have already violated the 20 day rule.

So many of you have had my back and shown me great support. I wanted to update those who are tracking my 8 year dispute with ATF/DOJ corruption. The short version is;
The Judge in my case ordered both parties to a mandatory settlement conference with a U.S. Magistrate. The ATF atty who has been on my case virtually from day 1 has left the Bureau due to misconduct.

Imagine my surprise when Deputy Director Tom Brandon flew all the way from Washington D.C. with his ATF atty. Apparently Mr. Brandon #1 has nothing better to do than leave the Bureaus business behind to come make a "nuisance" offer on an individual dispute, or #2 Mr. Jones authorized this wasteful trip which both partys could have stipulated to in a email, OR #3 Deputy Director Brandon really likes dungeoness crab and wanted a trip to the bay area on a Friday afternoon.

Either way, he delivered his insulting offer and signaled they are prepared to fire Director Jones selection for Assistant Director of Internal Affairs and several others, (who have not already been fired or forced to retire) for blatant lies under oath. Either way, that's what they make jury trials for. They have obviously misread my intentions to ensure the bosses face the same consequences for their actions as the line agents.

There is no good faith with these guys.  I've gone through that process several times and it is only their much loved opportunity to insult you, degrade you, humiliate you to your face and then fly home and laugh about it with each ohter at Monday morning staff meetings.  Nothing is getting fixed.  Things are worse, not better under Jones.  His insecurity surfaces every single time someone calls his baby ugly and he uses his power to make sure that stops.  There is a reason why Rich Marianos was shown the door.  He spoke his mind.  Then the rest of them see that and realize they better keep their own mouths shut or they will be next.  Earlier that week Brandon had testified before Congress.  His first statements to protect Jones and make sure everyone knew that Jones wasn't responsible.  Wrong Two Dogs, he did know and he is responsible.  Jones sent Brandon to testify in his place and Brandon carried the water for him.  Brandon will have a job as long as Jones is around because he won't open his mouth to do the right thing.  Brandon will have a job after Jones is gone and you can say you heard it here first - Brandon will end up working for or with Jones in the private sector when they are done at ATF.  Mark my words.  Loyalty trumps the truth and justice with these two.

This Director is only interested in silencing complaints and not fixing them! Tell everyone who will listen!

Every Whistleblower should go straight to a trustworthy member of Congress and the Press! Look at what Eric Snowden is experiencing!
Now the American people will know why he exposed the NSA and fled the country!

The agency don't want to settle your claim!
They are instructed not to offer you more than $30-40k for all your fees and havoc.

The MSPB and EEOC is working with DOJ in keeping your complaint silent!
Show congress and the press what really happens to whistleblowers in the Fed Gov.
Especially under DOJ!

Show the U.S. the real truth about being a whistleblower.
