I say wholeheartedly, "Yes!" (but only as a GS-4 waterboy for Jay Dobyns and Vince Cefalu).

Edgar embarrassed himself, his peers, the Field and our Bureau. He used his position and title for selfish self serving reasons and he should retire. He got his payout for being disloyal. He did so anonymously and as a coward. There is NO place for cowards anymore in ATF

Domenech had his chance. He blew it. If the 5th floor lets him back in the door then shame on them. If he thinks he's going to come back to ATF or the WFD to open arms and viewed as the peoples champ then he's wrong. Ask around. Who wants him back? No one I know.

You heard it here first! There is some discussion by Mr. Edgar Domenech to return to ATF after his stint at the War College, if the climate or HQ administration changes and is more friendly towards him. He may just return. Do you think Edgar should return to ATF after all of his illegal acts and "snitching" when things were not going his way? He claims he was trying to save the agency but wanted to be ATF Director, which in and of itself there is nothing wrong with that but don't snitch on the ATF Director to get it. Have you heard of karma? There has been no selection for his previous position, Special Agent in Charge, Washington Field Division, so there is still a chance that Mr. Domenech may return and not retire. Will he defy his settlement agreement? It remains to be seen if Mr. Domenech returns to ATF or he retires. In the meantime, please feel free to take the poll and to leave your replies with regards to Mr. Domenech's return to ATF.
