BATFE's position on complaints about disparate treatment when requesting a reasonable accommodation under the Rehabilitation Act/Americans with Disabilities Act is this in a nut shell:

You must have the same supervisor as anyone who has been accommodated and you must have made your request at about the same time as the other employee.

Loretta Lynch need to start condemning corrupt ATF and DOJ employees, just like she condemns the Chicago police and Ferguson.
Talking about the Pot calling the Kettle.
It's high time for employees to come together and expose to American citizens what ATF and DOJ are hiding. I'm sure whistleblowers have big things to expose.

Keeping all this stuff inside is only feeding this beast.

According to this press conference, this Lt was a serious POS.  It looks like the investigators in this case did one hell of job on the follow up so kudos to all of them.
