Not saying there is any corruption. However, how does one become an Assistant Director so quickly after just having been made a SAC. Especially a person whose idea of leadership is through threats and intimidation, a reputation of being a sociopath and more importantly no experience or additional training as an executive to include not serving as a SAC in multiple divisions or being vetted through a process like what they previuosly had to do thru OPM. now on a positive note he is no longer in field ops and some have said this could be seen as a punishment. Maybe I should feel sorry for him instead of being concerned that one day he could be AD of field ops. retirement has never looked so good.

They are not capable of holding anyone responsible. They just promote them. In fact they allow them to jump up two levels even before the ink dries on the last promotion. There is still a group out there that have been groomed to take over for the last bunch. Promotion always appears to be the choice made instead of addressing their incompetence. Don't be fooled.
