Agents need to get the word out about this case. And until charges are dropped, Americans need to BOYCOTT THE VIRGIN ISLANDS. Hurt them in them their pocket book. The economy in the US VI is largely sustained by tourism, many of whom visit on cruise ships. We need to take a stand and hold a demonstration in the Miami area. Hundreds of Americans are boarding cruise ships every day en-route to the US VI. We need to inform them that they to can be wrongfully prosecuted for murder while on their vacation.

Did anybody read the latest broadside to employees from Agency Counsel? I refer to the missive that bluntly reminds us that not only is gambling [including pools] on ATF property illegal, it's a waste of time. So now we have Loos's bunch acting as our supervisors, telling us that we're wasting time. I guess the next step is to eliminate special agents from the RAC/GS positions and instead replace them with lawyers.
I'm not condoning gambling or anything like that. But do we need the lawyers lecturing to us what's a "waste of time?" Isn't that what our supervisors are for? Or has the agency lost faith in the ability of THE VERY PEOPLE THEY SELECTED TO RUN GROUPS AND DIVISIONS in their ability to manage, supervise and lead?

It has been my experience that many of the supervisors know that those above them are inept. However, they don't want to rock the boat. They fear of getting whacked to DC or some other God for saken place, like Fargo ND. These supervisors are ones who can change ATF, but don't. These are the individuals who need to speak up! They're the ones who need to go to DOJ OIG. They're the ones who must collectivly speak to the AG and our politicians. An ordinary street agent just comes off appearing disgruntled. And if your supervisor and your KMA date has come, then it is your duty to speak out about the managers above you! For Christ sake why did you become a boss, if you didn't want to make a difference?

Now, it's time to be a leader of Men!

Google search NELA (National Employment lawyers assoc). Look in your area and it will tell you who can practice in Federal court and has exp. in admin. court matters. If you post a city or a state, one of our members may know a good atty in your area.
