Not True. He is Not on perdiem. He retires in August of 2010 and would be sitting behind a desk amyway back in DC. So OPSR/IA is allowing him to wait it out here in Puerto Rico. Randy is actually assisting by proof reading 3120's among other intell work. Yes, the agents initially were weary about his presence in the office, what 1811 wouldn't? But, he's harmless and Not looking to make any new IA cases.

Go ahead and say he's harmless. Then tell that to all the agents he buried for ATF's corrupt IA.

Infamous Internal Affairs hatchetman Randy Russo has apparently been detailed to some Puerto Rican Law Enforcement agencys internal affairs division. Really? He conducted lackluster whitewash investigations for years, now hes detailed to PR. Word is he has left that detail but remains in PR on per diem, in the ATF office surfing the internet and playing videos games. Can anyone confirm his current status? Why hasnt he reported back to work in DC? Do we have per diem to just throw away?

How is it that Ms Loos can sit through depositions of an ATF GS-14 who admitted under oath to making the comment, “You will be dead if you call Internal Affairs” and “your career will be dead” and think there is nothing wrong with this? In what corporation could a supervisor just get a verbal admonishment for this yet they took the gun from another agent who only made the comment, “if you want to make this personal, we can make it personal.” How can ATF protect supervisors who abused their authority and their lack of leadership resulted in embarrassing low numbers of guns recovered from proactive cases in a 12 month period in Puerto Rico where crime is the highest in the US and its territories? How can GS-14s perjure themselves in depositions and no one does anything about it? How can an honest employee who complies with ATF directives instructing him to report illegal and improper conduct be forced out of service from ATF? Why are GS-14s allowed to operate with impunity while destroying morale and damaging the reputation of ATF? Why did ATF send an Internal Affairs investigator, who is good friends with the GS-14 who is accused of wrong doing, to look into the allegation of wrong doing? Why was the IA agent allowed to go after me, the complainant, and another agent who spoke favorably of my investigative skills, work ethic, and professionalism?

Plain and simple, The Hobbit is evil! I refuse to call her by her name anymore. The Hobbit is allowed to do whatever she wants in the name of protecting the agency and its supervisors.

You are applying logic, reason, common sense, fair play, good faith, etc., into you questions of "how" and "why". There is no room for those principles at ATF, and most especially not with Loos. Let me tell you what you already know. Loos is corrupt. Straight and simple. She has pulled and played so many illegall and unethical acts that she needs to be dis-barred. Chief Counsels Office is a front for the Management Defense Team. Loos's claims repeatedly uses the term "her client" in her documents and discussions. That says to any sub-GS14 that you ARE NOT a part of ATF. You ARE NOT her client even though you belong to the same agency and have equal or more dedication to ATF than those that stand accused (and Loos defends). You are not the part of ATF worth defending or protecting. Why do all the 14's and above love her? Why does she even still have a job? Because she is an agent killer. She takes allegations against management on with no sense of right or fairness. She blindly defends her masters even when they themselves are corrupt. If you challenge her "clients" (code word for ATF management) she will see to it that all the power and might, resources, influence and intimidation of a team of Federal attorneys destroys you and your complaint. Tell me that I am wrong. Tell me one single instance where Loos has protected the rights of an Agent when up against Management. She's been at this for 20 plus years and not one time can anyone cite where she chose justice over management. The Code of Ethics for our Chief Ethics Attorneys are non-existent. Loos's day is coming. Accountablity is coming. Melson and Hoover have their day coming. All of these arrogent career desk jockeys who sit on their thrones at 99 New York Avenue have their days coming. All the Princes who oversee the field workers (aka SAC's) who have screwed their work force for years have their days coming. Has anyone noticed that their are certain SAC's whose name you never see nor likely ever will see on this blog? Maybe it is because they lead with confidence and treat their staffs with dignity. To those that don't or haven't - doom on you. Your days are coming too.
