I have worked for the SAC of NY many times over the years. He is one of the few supervisors who looks out for the agents first. He was always accessible day or night. As we all know there are agents that think checking their email is their job. So a SAC tells the troops to go to work and some agents get their feelings hurt. Go out and make cases that is what ATF Agents do best.
