Another leader falls or fails . SAC is gone. What happened in Boston? Aftermath of the CT school shooting?

There have been issues up there for a while before the CTschool shooting. They whacked one of their best supervisors in the division in December forcing him in to HQ, two others retired, others looking to go. Brand new ASAC gone and promoted to SAC after 7 months. From what I am hearing, a real mess.
